ECHO!...Echo…echo…echo… When you yell, and then hear your echo you are causing energy to be reflected by matter. When you look in a mirror, the light is reflected back to you. When you hook up a conductor, you are reflecting electricity. At the molecular level, the particles are moving forward (like we just talked about in Law 1), but they collide with matter. The particles bounce off of the matter, just like a tennis ball bounces off of a wall, and travel in the direction from which they came. Later in Law 4, we will learn about what happens when energy travels through matter. But for now, check out this reflective video about Law 2!
